Wen Lee is republicEn’s Outreach Director, overseeing EcoRight events across the country.

From 2018 to 2022, she served as republicEn’s Engagement Director. She took a hiatus to raise two young children, then returned to the organization in 2025 as Outreach Director.

She has over 15 years of experience educating, communicating, and organizing around environmental issues. She believes mobilizing the conservative grassroots is key to solving climate change.

Wen holds an M.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon and a B.A. in Biology from Occidental College. She lives with her husband and two daughters in California. They chronicled their DIY adventure renovating a house into an all-electric, zero-net-energy home on the blog Frugal Happy.
