Atticus Edwards serves as republicEn’s Climate Advocacy Coordinator, organizing gatherings with groups and partners across the country to build a robust EcoRight community.

Having spent his whole life under the open sky of Utah, in view of disappearing streams, snows, and shorelines, he has seen firsthand how an overheating climate threatens the security and prosperity of our naturally beautiful and bountiful nation.

He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Utah, where he first got involved in conservation.

In the after-hours, Atticus writes fiction and pursues independent scholarship in philosophy. He likes coffee in the morning, moonlit walks at night, and spends much time in the middle appeasing a certain adamant Goldendoodle. Theodore Roosevelt remains, for him, a personal hero.
