Fox News and Facebook are partnering to host the first debate of the presidential election season on August 6th at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. In order to be eligible to participate in the debate, Republican candidates must place in the top ten in an average of five major, nationally recognized polls.
