Santorum announces White House bid

Former two-term Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum, who won 11 primary states and came in second behind eventual nominee Mitt Romney in 2012, launched his second bid for the White House. Senator Santorum believes climate change is “cyclical” and has labeled it “a beautifully concocted scheme by liberals.”
