Today, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie responded to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) final Clean Power Plant rule.
“I’m totally opposed to it,” Gov. Christie said. “We’ve already gone on the record with a letter to the EPA opposing it.”
In November 2014, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, on behalf of the State of New Jersey, filed extensive comments with the EPA opposing the proposed rule.
