At a campaign stop in Iowa yesterday, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker called out President Obama for scheduling a state dinner for Chinese President Xi Jinping when he visits Washington, D.C. next month.

Walker dismissed the White House’s plans amid rising tensions with China as motivated by an interest to work with the nation on its climate change policies. “Apparently climate change trumps concerns over cyber attacks, over human rights abuses, over manipulation of the economy,” Walker said.
