Speaking at the Voters First forum at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire, where 14 of 17 declared Republican candidates appeared Monday night in a warmup to Thursday’s first official debate, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker called the Clean Power Plan “a buzz saw to the nation’s economy.”

“The states like mine and many other governors here would be devastated by that,” Gov. Walker added. “I want to balance the sustainable environment with the sustainable economy, but the two have to go hand in hand.”
