Former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee is taking his second stab at a race for the White House, this week joining the field seeking the republican nomination. In 2007, Governor Huckabee said “climate change is real” but he strongly opposes cap and trade as a carbon reduction policy measure, saying it would have a “horrible impact on this nation’s job market.” More recently, he joked that climate change threatened to give Americans “a sunburn.”
