Iowa college student Kelsi Wolever attended the Growth and Opportunity Party in Des Moines, where she dared to ask Florida Sen. Marco Rubio if free enterprise can solve climate change.
“We need to have energy policies that are good for our economy,” Rubio said. “We’re already one of the cleanest nations on earth. I do think American innovators can make us more efficient, cleaner without big government mandates.”
