On Thursday, former Texas Governor Rick Perry became the tenth candidate to officially enter the presidential race. The three-term governor ran unsuccessfully for the White House in 2012. On climate change, Governor Perry has said, “I am not a scientist I don’t believe that we have the settled science by any sense of the imagination.”
