Rubio announces intent

Senator Marco Rubio told major donors he plans to run for president without making a comment on his climate change position. In 2014, Senator Rubio said in an interview on ABC’s This Week: “I do not believe that human activity is causing these dramatic changes to our climate the way these scientists are portraying it.”
