In an interview with Fox News Sunday, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), who is more than 90 percent sure he is running for president, called climate change “real” but rejected cap and trade as the policy mechanism to address the issue. “I would like to clean up the air and water, become more energy independent, create jobs,” Graham said. “I’d like a lower carbon economy over time.”
