Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal made official his bid for the White House, bringing the number of official Republican candidates to 14. Gov. Jindal previously served in the U.S. House of Representatives and is term limited from seeking a third turn in the state house.
While Gov. Jindal did not specifically mention energy or climate change policy in his announcement speech, in the past he has indicated that he thinks climate change is real and human activity is contributing to some part of it “but the real question is how much.”
